About Rose

Hi, I'm Rose.

​

I am a West Sussex born freelance book designer and illustrator, living and working in London.

I spent six years in London, at three different uni's because I am a creative fidget. I have studied illustration, branding, moving image, photography and design, and now I have also started dipping my toe into event styling with Ivy and Gold Studio.

I love children's books and have worked with Penguin Random House, Cornerstone, Templar, Studio Press, Big Picture Press, Weldon Owen, Arcturus and DK as a designer. 

I also Illustrate, but my artwork is a lot more dark and mysterious than my design work, leaning into my love of folk lore and working with black ink. They are the two sides of my personality, the princess and the witch.
